Our Sales Team are the frontline of our business. It is a phone based role where you will be the first point of contact for customers who are looking to lease a car with us who have enquired either online or directly called in. Your job is to make contact, build a relationship, qualify the customer through questions and provide a quotation based on solution that matches the customers needs. You will also follow the customer up after quotations to provide any further assistance for the customer before they commit to go ahead.
We will provide you with the tools, training, development opportunities and management support to excel in the role and become one of our top performers. You provide a positive mindset, hardwork. Together we will build you career of fantastic job fulfilment and great financial reward.
Responsibilities Include
- Contacting customers to discuss there enquiry and interest
- Going through a qualification call to learn the customers needs and establish what is important to the customer
- To follow the sales process provided
- To achieve the targets set by the business
- To achieve all KPI’s set on activity and quality
- Provide an outstanding customer service and ensure to receive positive feedback reviews
- Follow and achieve appropriate compliance standards
