We have a commercial relationship with other brokers and lenders, the introduction we make is not impartial, but we will make introductions in line with your needs, subject to your circumstances.

Commission received could be a flat fee or a percentage of the finance amount, depending on the lender. The amount may vary depending on:

•                              The finance provider selected

•                              The product chosen

•                              The volume of business placed

•                              Service quality or performance agreements

For your reassurance, the lenders we work with pay us a commission to introduce you to them. Commission levels can vary between lenders, meaning the amount we receive may differ depending on the product or lender selected. This has the potential to create a conflict of interest, so we provide this information to ensure full transparency and to support you in making an informed decision.

If you would like to know the actual amount, or where it is not yet known, the likely amount, of the commission we will receive for arranging your finance agreement, you may request this at any time. We will also provide the amount information before your agreement is finalised and before you choose to proceed,

If you wish to obtain impartial advice on the full range of finance options available in the wider market, you may seek independent financial advice, as we do not offer whole of market recommendations.

The Financial Conduct Authority expects any intermediary to disclose to the  customer that a commission is payable by the owner or creditor to the  intermediary, and, if the customer asks, the amount of that commission. The  Financial Conduct Authority has made it clear that "commission" means any  financial consideration. 

We will only offer products from a carefully selected panel of finance providers. We will not refer you outside of this panel without your consent. You can ask us for a list of the suppliers who provide our finance.

VIP Gateway will always feature headline offers available from our panel of finance providers that represent the best value based on terms and mileage.

We will receive a commission or other benefits from one of our finance providers should you decide to enter into an agreement with them as a result of our introduction. In some instances, we may receive a commission from the vehicle supplier. These payments could be reflected in the monthly lease rate that you pay for your vehicle. The amount of commission received may vary depending on the funder or supplier selected, the terms of the funding and other criteria, such as achieving high levels of customer service. Some funders or suppliers may also pay us an additional commission based on commercial volumes. We will disclose the commission amount we receive and the finance company providing the payment prior to sending your finance agreement and may ask for your consent to proceed. You may also be required to sign a document confirming your acceptance and understanding of this disclosure.

On top of the above, at VIP Gateway we believe in complete transparency. In order to operate our business and provide the service we deliver, VIP Gateway are paid a commission which is fully disclosed before you proceed and order your car.

1. Who's Products Do We Offer? 

VIP Gateway offer products and services from a range of Leasing Companies, UK  Vehicle Dealerships and Product Providers with whom we have commercial  agreements in place. We are a Commission Based Organisation which means  that we receive payments for business introductions. We will receive financial  remuneration which may be variable or pre-set dependent on the product and  the volume that we place with that organisation. The amounts that we receive  may vary. The amount we receive in commission may impact your monthly  payment/amount paid. At VIP Gateway we operate with 100% complete transparency. 4. What to do if you have a complaint
