Okay. Drop everything. The new Range Rover Sport SV has arrived. Now, I'm actually personally getting confused with these new Range Rover names. The new Range Rover is not the Range Rover Evoque; it's just the Range Rover. And the new Range Rover SV is not the SVR; it's just the SV. Either way, the new Range Rover Sport SV replaces the Range Rover Sport SVR. It''s the new SVR. 

I'm a massive fan of the SVR. I used to love the previous model, and I think it's an absolute monster to drive. So I'm really looking forward to this new one. Now we're seeing mixed opinions of this new Range Rover sport shape. We're seeing a lot of previous Range Rover sport SVR drivers upgrading to the Land Rover Defender, V8 Carpathian Edition rather than a Sport.

The Defender is now falling on the same power as the sport. What do you think? I actually can't make my mind up between the two. I think the new Defender is amazing. Either way, the new Sport SVR arrived and looks like a monster. It's going to have a massive 626 brake horsepower with the usual four pipes on the back.

I would say the car looks a lot stealthier and may be less aggressive than previous models, but it is more powerful. One thing that's gone is the previous five-litre engine. Like other Range Rover sports models, the SV also adopts the hybrid approach, which benefits drivers by lowering emissions. We're now looking at a 4.4 V8, which apparently has been sourced from BMW.

The Range Rover Sport SV will do 0 to 60 in 3.6 seconds and 180 miles per hour top end. What do you think, Land Rover Defender V8 Carpathian Edition or Range Rover Sport SV?
